The static effect was great and visually impressive, but one suggestion: use outline on the text. This makes it easier to read against a busy background. I really enjoy when stories are told obliquely and found this a great example of that!
Really nice vibe. The use of the static is effective and eerie. I like the general gameplay loop that always seems to bring you back to the TV; it feels unique and really suits the game's writing and style.
The only issue I had was when I got to a point where I was dreaming, but couldn't scroll down to see the full text or click the link to continue.
Regardless, I'll be coming back later to this when I have a little more time to play!
